he property owner is responsible for ensuring safe, clear, and unobstructed access to the pool/spa. If the pool/spa is located within a secured area, the client must provide a working key or access code. Keys must be clearly labeled with the client’s name.
For the safety of our technicians and to limit liability, the path to and surrounding area of the pool/spa must be free of obstacles, including but not limited to toys, furniture, yard equipment, and pets, prior to our arrival. No inflatable toys or pool furniture may be left in the pool at the time of service.
If access is not available due to locked gates, unsafe conditions, or other obstructions, the technician reserves the right to skip service for that week and return the following scheduled visit.
The safety of our technicians is a priority. Our service during inclement weather is as follows:
Light Rain: Chemical checks and necessary chemical adjustments will be performed.
Heavy Rain or Severe Weather: Service may be suspended if conditions are unsafe for our technicians.
Maintaining the proper water level is the responsibility of the client. Top Notch Pools is not responsible for equipment damage or other issues resulting from low water levels.

There are 52 weeks in a calendar year. Monthly service rates are based on 48 service weeks, with months containing five weeks offsetting holiday closures. During closure weeks, pools will be left with sufficient chemicals to help maintain proper water balance.
In the event of an emergency, Top Notch Pools will make reasonable efforts to respond to calls or emails. Emergency services, if available, are billed separately at an agreed-upon rate.
Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month for the current month and are due by the 25th of the same month.
A $30.00 late fee will be applied to any balance not received by the 1st of the following month.
Unpaid balances may result in suspension or cancellation of service.
Service will resume only after full payment is made.
Additional charges may apply to restore the pool/spa to a safe and swimmable condition.
This agreement is a month-to-month service agreement and will continue until terminated. Either party may terminate the agreement with proper notice.
